Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deducting any Bonus Funds (which will be forfeited upon closure unless otherwise specified) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any pending verification requirements being satisfied.
evo8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) where: (a) a Player has violated these Terms; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity is reasonably suspected; (c) a Player is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) a Player is resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction; or (e) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or security risk to evo8888. Where closure is initiated by evo8888 without cause attributable to the Player, any verified real-money Balance will be returned.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
